ASP Not working after upgrade

Every ASP page now shows: The requested resource is in use.

Turn off the server then turn it back on do you still see that error?

I have rebooted and gone through the reconfigurator. Still not working.

Try: regsvr32 %windir%/system32/vbscript.dll

I ended up having to completely remove and re-install plesk, smarter tools products, and IIS. Finally, you can surf web pages.....
