Hi,

Running Plesk 9.0.1, .asp pages will not load, we receive 404.3 "File or directory not found", .aspx files load fine. Also if we create website in IIS manually (ie by passing plesk), .asp pages load fine.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

thanks

HI there,

in your domain web host settings you have asp support defined?

Regards

Ok I fixed this.

Microsoft ASP was installed on the server, but for some reason Plesk 9 didn't recognise this. I uninstalled/re-installed Active Server Pages support through add/remove programs and then did a refresh of components and this fixed it.
