Hello to All,

I am having majors problems with Plesk. I have start working at Meat-House company witch is a client of Plesk for Web site and mail.

My first problem is that I'm receiving a lot of mails every day with the following content " Unable to update PLSK.05685576.0054: an error occurred while processing your key. You can try to retrieve the key manually in Plesk (Tools & Settings > License Information) or let Plesk try to update it in the next 24 hours. If you do not want to receive this notification any more, remove this key from Plesk."

At Plesk control panel there is a message " Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license, select the Retrieve Keys option on the License Information page."

As hard as i tried to resolve this issue, i couldn't find a solution.

Two days ago came up my second problem

Web mail stopped working with error 502 BAD GETWAY.

I Tried some solutions found on Internet with Webserver Configurations Troubleshooter, but without any result.
Message receiving on Webserver Configurations Troubleshooter is the following.
New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: httpd: Syntax error on line 56 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 7 of /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-proxy.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_proxy_ajp.so into server: /etc/httpd/modules/mod_proxy_ajp.so: undefined symbol: ap_proxy_check_connection.
Mail on Outlook works fine.
Also sending i screenshot of The list of web-server configuration files.

I would be gratefully with any help.

I have just seen another user posting a similar question on the proxy issue:
