Assign one subdomain to another customer

Hi!

I've created my own default domain to use for hosting ad. and customer contact.
I've a customer who don't want to use his own domain, instead park it at mine - i.e: customer.mydomain.com.

I created a subdomain and that works fine, but I've no way of limiting the amount of traffic allowed per month, add separate statistics ot assign the subdomain to that customer. Is that possible to do???
