Resolved Assigning email cert locks subscription

Updated to 18.0.19 and selected an existing cert for a domain, upon applying it locked the subscription.
What controls this in the service plan?

Same here. Didn't do it in Onyx (and still doesn't on the servers that are still Onyx). Expect it to be one of those little "teething issues" of the new Obsidian.
Unlock and sync sets it right again.

I cannot reproduce this issue. Could you please give me additional details? For example, did you use native Plesk SSL management or something like SSL it or Lets Encrypt?

I think it was SSL it but Ive made so many changes on this server now that I dont recall exact details Im afraid.

Thank you for the request. We reproduced the issue and created a bug PPP-44575. It is a bug in extension "SSL It"
