  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

ATMail and Attachments in IE

Hello Group;

One of my client has noticed an issue when sending email through the ATMail web interface when attachments are added.

I have reproduced this issue using the IE web browser only.

1) Send an email with and attachment in the ATMail web interface
2) Then send a second email with and attachment right after the first, the ATMail Icon in the top right corner changes to the word "connecting..." but it stays that way. The email never sends.

You have to log out then back in to send a second email with an attachment.

Any thoughts?

Did you tried to check

/var/log/atmail/error_log
/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

?
