Issue Atomic Basic ModSecurity option missing

There is a missing Atomic Basic ModSecurity option so. I can't find out.

atomic rulesets are not available yet for AlmaLinux8, RockyLinux8, RHEL8, CloudLinux8, Debian11 and Ubuntu20.

we're working closely with colleagues from Atomic to add support of those OS'es, but there are some technical difficulties.
