Question Autdiscover doesn´t Work

Hello,

in Tool and Settings under Mailserver-Settings is Enable mail autodiscover enabled.
In the Service-Plans ist Autodiscover enabled under Permissions and Mail.
I looked at this article
How to manage mail autodiscover in Plesk Obsidian?
but it will not work.
The Domain have the Let´s Encrypt Wildcard Certificate implementet and in DNS-Configuration points autodiscover.domainname.de to the Server-IP.
When i configure the Mailadress in Outlook, Autodiscover deosn´t work. It want´s me to fill out all fields manually.
Someone an idea who the failure is?

Hi, i am experiencing the same issues. Thunderbird works on the fly and outlook does not. Can this thread be consulted?
