Issue Auto reply end date not working

Hello guys,

I create an auto-reply for an e-amil account and set a date do deactivate it, but Plesk is not deactivating the auto-reply and it remains active forever.

I did not find an article about this on KB or how to track problem.
Could you help me?

Me too, I found this article:

Switch off auto-reply on function does not work

that I passed onto my hosts but they can't get it to work. They've told me to report it here as I thnk they've given up!
