Auto response on mail account | sent email automatically without critery

Hi fellas, we have one client that enable auto response on mail account, add a lot of text one link to him website and attach a image (logotype)

what happen is that this Auto response send emails 2 times a day to my email. this happen at 5 of morning every day on similar times,

is this some kind of bug?

Have you checked your mail logs ? Also Please check your clients domain mail logs. May be your account is sending the mail to that account and due to that you are getting auto response from that accounts.

how can i know for each email this message (auto response) are sent?
