  • Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Autoinstall Server Errors

Basic Pleskian
I was just checking to see if there were any Plesk updates available and I got this error on the updater web page:

Error: Failed to download the package https://autoinstall.plesk.com//root/psa/versions.inf3:
The requested URL returned error: 404
Not all packages were installed.
Please try installing packages again later.
Please, contact product technical support..

I've had a poke around on https://autoinstall.plesk.com/ and the message is right, that file doesn't exist. Has anyone else seen this problem? Or, better, worked out a way round it?

I'm using psa v8.3.0_build83080131.20 os_FedoraCore 6
