Automatic backups dont work

Automatic backups of domains dont work anymore, nor do i get an e-mail too

Wich folders and permissions must the dumps directory hold?
I have
discovered---- root
1 -------psaadm
clients ------- root
tmp -------psaadm

It work to manually backup but not automatic.
