Hello everyone, the automatic responder for mailboxes only has the possibility of being deactivated at a certain date, but I can not set the period or periods, is there any alternative way?
As webmail I am using Roundcube which however has many limitations compared to other advanced webmails, is there any alternative?

Hello @blondie63,

Regarding the schedule, there is no built-in option to configure it for email auto-replies. However, you might consider following the suggestion from this forum post.

As for the webmails, Plesk has two options now:

• Roundcube
• SOGo webmail

So, I would suggest checking the second option and considering if it helps achieve your goals.

Yes. Webmail is selected for every domain separately under Plesk > Domains > example.com > Mail Settings.

Well, this is a custom configuration of a specific mail server. If you need to set something like this up on a Plesk server, it will require creating a website with the necessary functionality and making custom changes in the web server configuration.
By default, Plesk allows using the selected webmail for a domain, but it should be chosen for this domain in its settings by the person who manages these settings.
