automatic update broke external email relay, with fix

shall

Regular Pleskian
An automatic security update was applied to one of my servers yesterday and it broke outbound SMTP. Clients could email each other, and receive email from third parties, but could not send email out from the server to third-party mail services.

The update modified the file /etc/postfix/main.cf to add a line forbidding SSLv2 and SSLv3. However, it also removed the value "permit_sasl_authenticated" from the assignment for smtpd_recipient_restrictions.

The fix is to add it back again and then reload the postfix configuration:
Code:
service postfix reload
