Automatically install aspx module in new domain creation

Hi all,

I need to configure my plesk to one thing.
I want that when I create a new domain, it automatically install the Plesk_Handler for aspnet_isapi.dll to load the aspx module.
Is there a way to do this?
Or I have to add it manually?
