Autoresponder doesn't work any more (Win2008R2)

Hello,

using Plesk 10.4.4 and Mailenable Enterprise 6.03 on a Win2008R2 x64
Today we recognized that the autoresponder doesn't work under plesk.
It workes using mailenable, but using plesk it doesn't change the ME Setting.
It must have come after one of the last small updates from plesk (10.4 ->10.4.1 ..) as it worked at the end of last year ..
Setting a mail forward in plesk workes perfect (is also set in Mailenable) but autoresponder not.
Restarted server without success.

Searching in the forum i found

but this is the wrong version and not windows ..

Would be very nice if someone could help!!!

It is not easy to give an error description as no error is shown.
Look at the three screenshots:

I activate the autoresponder in plesk (ss1.jpg)
The activated autoresponder is shown in the email summary (ss2.jpg)
But when i open the mailenable mmc and look at the details of this eamail i see that the autorespondern isn't set active (ss3.jpg). Why??

I don't know where i can find the seeting from autoresponder of mailbox which is transfered to mailenable..?!
So tell me which config you need and you get it ..

Unfortunately I could not find any suitable solution for our problem using the search function of this Forum or Google.

We have two servers. One is still running Plesk 9.3 and the other is running Plesk 10.4.4, both installed at a Windows 2008 Web Edition. At the server with 9.3 we do not receive any issues while using the Plesk "auto-reply" function. In 10.4.4 it this function is not working.

We have compared all options we are aware of. None of them did work. If we turn on the reply-function in the mailenable server itself, we get responses, but this could not be the solution. Most of our customers do not use the mailenable panel to access their emails. They are using programs like Thunderbird and configure redirections and auto-responses in plesk itself.

We have also checked the windows logs and of mailenable and could not find any clue to solve our task.

We did receive our complaints about that issue this week the first time, but I am pretty sure, that the autoresponders worked last year, when I was on vacation, so it is possible, that an upgrade "killed" this feature.

In the logfiles we could not find any clue, why these auto-reply's are not working. We have tried to enable auto replies in the mailenable server and that was working. All our customers can not use this function, because they have to access the Server as administrator via RDP (this is not possible) or they have to use the mailenable portal to configure it. We do not want to give our customers that much tools for managing their emails. Therefore we decided Plesk!

Has anyone a hint for us? Please???

here are again more details for Igor for the plesk team:

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
plesk 10.4.4 /MailEnable Enterprise 6.5 , Windows 2008R2 x64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Autoresponders doesn't work with mailenable.
Autoresponder sets value in plesk Database (dbo.mail_resp) but this value isn't transmitted to mailenable.
In mailenable you can set the autoresponder using mmc without problems.
You can also use webmail to change setting.
Changing the autoresponder via plesk nothing happens even no error.


ACTUAL RESULT
No change in mailenable

EXPECTED RESULT
Setting like plesk

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
server restartet without success

So Igor what should be next if the value is set in table dbo.mail_resp?? How to get these values too mailenable?

Hope this information is worthy to transmitt to developer team ..!!

Thank you for report.
But Plesk doesn't use ME for realization of autoresponder function. It is realized inside Plesk. And I do not see assertion that autoresponder is really doesn't work.

Just for clearification:
Plesk 10.4:
Set Autoresponder only in Mailenable: If I add an Autoresponder in Mailenable only, I get an auto response with the text I added in Mailenable.
Set Autoresponder only in Plesk 10.4: If I activate the Autoresponder in Plesk only, I do NOT get an auto response.
Set Autoresponder in Mailenable and Plesk 10.4: I get an autoresponse with the text I entered in Mailenable.

Plesk 9.3:
Set Autoresponder only in Mailenable: If I add an Autoresponder in Mailenable only, I get an auto response with the text I added in Mailenable
Set Autoresponder only in Plesk 9.3: If I activate the Autoresponder in Plesk only, I do get an auto response with the text I added in Plesk Panel.
Set Autoresponder in Mailenable and Plesk 9.3: I get TWO autoresponses. One response with the text I entered in Mailenable and one response with the text I entered in Plesk 9.3.

On Plesk 10.4 the autoresponder is NOT working. On 9.3 it is working.

This is no problem with Mailenable, but with the Plesk Panel autoresponder.
 
I just reprovisioned my server and installed 10.4.4 and my autoinstaller is no longer working either.

Clean load.

I even tried deleting the account and re-entering it manually. The Plesk panel shows the traffic stats, but the messages never arrive.

It did work fine on my old load with Plesk v 10.0.1
 
Just got an email to give a feedback to parallels.
Gave same them the worst possible feedback as no answer is given to this problem until today.
Let's see if someone calls me or if the solved it in version 11 ..
 
According to developers this issue was not reproduced on Plesk 11.0.9
 
Sorry, but this issue IS still there after updating to 11.0.9

I don't which 10.x microupdate was broken but this issue isn't fixed after updating to 11.0.9 and i would be very nice if a developer could have a look at this. I am not the only one with this ..
 
Developers can't reproduce in on 10.4.4 with this ME version too.
I think you have some misconfiguration. Therefore I suggest you contact Support Team. They will check this issue directly on your server.
