Autoresponder fails "with specified words"

Hi,

my autoresponder works great when I ask him to respond to anyone.

However, when I ask him to only respond when a specified word is in the message body. Nothing happens.

Even when I send him a mail with only that word in the body. Nada.

What might be wrong here?

I want to use it so when someone pays me through paypal, and I receive the confirmation mail, my autoresponder automtically sends the access codes.
