Autoresponder fails

Hello,

we have a Problem with the Plesk Autoresponder for Emails. When activating, it works fine for The Email [email protected] when the email was sent to [email protected]. But when the Mail was sent to [email protected] and from there forwarded to [email protected] ([email protected] -> [email protected]), the Mail will not be answered by the plesk autoresponder.

Mailserver is Smartermail 4.3.2760 (didnt work with 2.6X, too..).
Plesk Version is Plesk 8.1.1

Wouldn't it be better if Plesk uses the Autoresponder-Functionality of Smartermail than the filter ? Afaik could plesk change the AR-settings of Smartermail directly by script...

I was wrong. This is peculiarity of SmarterMail.

The SmarterMail's redirect is organized so that the e-mail is delivered to local recipient bypass SMTP.
However Plesk Autoresponer works at the SMTP level.
