AutoUpdate from 8.1.0 to 8.1.1 kills all email password?

I did an upgrade via the web control panel, and after it was done; I can not get into any email accounts as the passwords are all now valid.

I've had to go in and modify the passwords to get into them, but i can't do that for all my accounts.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
