• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I'm currently working on a client's server and am having a problem with installation.

I'm using the latest version of autoinstaller, located in /root

Whenever I run through the process, everything is happy until it's time to resolve components. At that point, I get the relatively frequent "Can't add to black list product package psa." I've checked out all over the forums and knowledgebase and cannot find anything that works.

I tried the up2date -u with the php packages; it didn't work since I'm not using RHEL/CentOS 4.

If anyone has any experience with this on CentOS 7 who is willing to share, I'd be eternally grateful.

Thanks
