Issue AWS plesk install done, but can't preview site?

Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.8.11 Update #60, last updated on July 9, 2019 08:25 PM

I used the AWS install of plesk via AWS Marketplace: Plesk Onyx on Windows, WordPress & Website Hosting Environment, BYOL

it was a struggle for me, but cool that I got it all done, working...
I added a test domain, added DB, and copied WP to the site... then trying to preview site, to install WP...

http://999.999.99.9/plesk-site-preview/domaintest2020plesk.com/999.999.99.9/

nothing happens, eventually the site times out?
am I missing something?
was there something else I was supposed to do?

answer... a bug:
WordPress login via site preview does not work with Plesk from cloud image
