AWS Windows plesk 12.0.18 access denied

The following error is displayed my AWS windows2012R2 plesk

Access is denied.

MU#48 & MU#34 fix the issue. However my windows plesk patched up to MU#66

Why still issue persist

Amazon Web Service ( Amazon cloud hosting)

The issue again re appear again only short period after that plesk working fine. Let me know any solution on the issue
