Good day!
This is my first post here, I am using Plesk 12.0.18 Update #11 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. My problem is related to AWstats that produces a 404 error with each domain I have.
1) https://www.domain.tld/plesk-stat/webstat/ requires autenthication, it's fine;
2) After login I select any "select period" and the page is the 404 Not Found The requested document was not found on this server;
3) With root privileges:
shows no file
4) Tried, also, to
that runs smoothly with no error reported but no statistic gathered.
5) I also switched to webalizer (works fine) and then back to AWstats with no luck.
Please, can someone help me? Thanks.
