Issue AWStats not counting visitors

Subdomain with permanent SSL redirect
https://<subdomain>.<domain>/plesk-stat/webstat-ssl/ shows some statistics, but it does not count unique visitors correctly as shown in these screenshots:

Does anyone know whyt this is happening?
