Back up solution

Hi

I've got a windows server with Plesk 8.2

I'm looking at buying Acronis True Image Echo Server as a stand alone program

Will this work with Plesk and back up everything needed as I read about some back up programs having problems with symbolic links in the inetpub/server folder

Or should I just buy the Acronis add in for Plesk?

I know there is the Plesk back up but my users get annoyed with server operations being stoped while a back up is run and also i'd like to have the operating system backed up
