  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

backup bugs

GuillaumeH

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

in the version 9.3.0, I had a bug where I couldn't delete a FTP backup or transfer it

Now in version 9.5.2 I can delete a FTP backup but always can't transfer it to the system drive (error: network error)

And now I got a new bug, all FTP backup have an incorrect size (100 b)

And finally a question about that:

"Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5 New Features:

...

Total Control Backup — Completely revised Parallels Plesk Panel Backup/Restore functionality provides users with a more powerful and flexible backup solution than ever before. Selective data backup and restoration is now a comfortable, painless, and fully controllable process. On-the-fly restoration conflict resolution offers a variety of ways to resolve issues prior to actual update of the system, thus guaranteeing success and complete control over the restoration process."

Where are all this new functionalities? The 9.5.2 backup module is exactly the same from the 9.3.0
