Is there any solution to work properly copies?

Nobody have this problem?

after upgrade to Plesk 10, pleskbackup and plesk restore always fails.

What's the solution? Move to Plesk 9.X again?

We're working with Plesk since Plesk 2 (YES I SAID PLESK 2.X), but now we are very worried. Plesk 10 fails on the upgrade (from Plesk 9), and now, we can't make backups or restore it.

Thanks,

Well, the problem still on restore/backups functions.

I fixed a lot of problems with the bootstrapper.sh command:

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.12.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

At this moment, I can restore the following backups:

Plesk 9.X to Plesk 10.3.1 = Restore always successfully.
Plesk 10.X to Plesk 10.X (backup on server A and restore on same server) = Restore always successfully.

But the restore process fails on a diferent server:

Plesk 10.X to Plesk 10.X (backup on server A and restore server B) = Restore fails (I tried on two diferent servers. Both with the same error).

It's very strange becouse the restore process doesn't start ...... always show the same message:

First step:

plesk_restore_error_1.jpg

Press "Siguiente" (Next) and then:

plesk_restore_error_2.jpg

If I press "Next" (in Spanish "Siguiente") I go to the step 1 again.

Any solution? Any idea? What is happening?

At this moment, our company stop to upgrade to Plesk 10. Backup and Restore process are very very importan for us.

Thanks,

Miguel
