Backup Error

Since a week i have backup errors.

Its attached on this thread. But there is no migration.log sorry.

Same problem since auto update, they don`t make backups and no logs.

The error occurs when i try to backup a Customer in Plesk with the backup manager.

pleskbackup on the command line doesn't work to

I also try Pleskbackup on the commandline. It fails with an runtime error

This is a bug that plesk provide us with a update!! Please correct this.
I dont want pay any Money for a fault from Parallels.

Request is already submitted. You have ID of this request and you can provide it to Support Team. I wrote here a lot of times already - you will be refunded for your ticket if it is really bug in Plesk!
 
Same error here

Pls fix that bug, it has been provided with Parallels update. No backup is working at all! This must be a high priority case!
