Backup Error

i get an Error, if i wanna do the backup.

here is the message.

can you help me and tell me, what the problem can be?

hej, yes, i have access db's on one webhosting, but i think not as PleskDB... where can i check that?

I am having the exact same problems with backups. My PLESK_DATABASE_PROVIDER_NAME shows jet as well.

you should switch to MySL or MSSQL

I've got this from SWSOFT for MySQL:

reconfigurator --switch-plesk-database --new-provider=MySQL --host=localhost --db=psa --login=admin --password=password_to_MySQL --port=8306


P.S.

My SQL should be started(you should start Plesk SQL server service. By default admin has "setup" password in MySQL).
If nothing will happen after executing this command check Application log for errors.
Time for the operation depends of size of the database. It was about 30minutes for me.
