Backup Faild

Hi, after upgrading from 10.2 to 10.3.0 I get a backup whith error.
The logfile says:

Unrecognized character \x1F in column 1 at PleskX.pm line 1.
Compilation failed in require at /opt/psa/admin/bin/plesk_agent_manager line 50.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/psa/admin/bin/plesk_agent_manager line 50.

The problem is active in Plesk 10.3.1

Could somebody help me, please ?
