Backup failed: Failed to pack files

AF_IT

New Pleskian
Hello all,

since some days, as i installed the Health Monitor and PostgreSQL server support, i got the following errors on scheduled or manual backups.

STDERR: /bin/tar: etc/group: Cannot open: Permission denied
/bin/tar: etc/passwd: Cannot open: Permission denied
/bin/tar: logs/access_log: Cannot open: Permission denied
/bin/tar: logs/access_ssl_log: Cannot open: Permission denied
/bin/tar: logs/error_log: Cannot open: Permission denied
/bin/tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
Error: hosting "A DOMAIN NAME" ...

Failed to pack files ...

I have an ubuntu server with latest Plesk version (11.5.30) installed.
Hope to get help, to fix this! :(

Kind regards,
Alexander

Oh and i did the upgrade of Plesk to 11.5.30 ...
I just noticed the permissions of the mentioned files:

(on vhosts which throws the error on backup - 74 out of 87 domains)
-rw------- 1 root root 63 2013-05-10 16:50 group
-rw------- 1 root root 67 2013-05-10 16:50 passwd

Other Domains:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 63 2013-06-19 14:13 group
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 66 2013-06-19 14:13 passwd

How can i fix that on the 74 domains, while 3 of the log files (access_log, access_ssl_log, error_log) are also affected - so i guess thats the error why the backup task cannot succeed?

Thanks in advance for help!
Regards,
Alex
