How can I fix this situation?

When you click Download button at first a dump packed to the temporary folder, then it streamed to the browser.
If I understood correctly single pressing on Download button produced a lot of similar archive files.
Lets try to find some information in log files. Check /var/log/plesk/panel.log (enable debug logging in panel.ini to obtain more information)

Thank you. Very interesting.
I Disable;
Internet Download Manager

I download a backup file again. (Smoothly.)

"Check /var/log/plesk/panel.log (enable debug logging in panel.ini to obtain more information)"
I tried again. Internet Download Manager (Active.)
"panel.log" I checked. There is nothing about the backup.

I found this;

/var/log/plesk/PMM/pmmcli.log

As I can see from pmmcli.log there are several calls of backend dump export utility. It means frontend calls it several times for some reason.
Download starts after redirecting from password entering form to backup list screen. I don't know what exactly happened, but seems like at this stage several requests have been sent.
I've tried to reproduce it on my environment without succeess.
I think it is that case, when you need to contact tech support.

Download the program has more than one request. (IDM-Internet Download Manager)

Plesk inconsistent answers to those requests.
I just 1 domain name hosting.
Not a big problem for me.
I'm just trying to understand the situation.
Thank you.

My English may be poor.
I use the translation :)

Have you tried setting the split limit in IDM to only 1? Part of the reason I think it's happening is the requests made by IDM are unique, hence Plesk is thinking it needs to create unique files based on the number of requests sent by IDM.
