Backup files created with same version are not recognized in Plesk 11.0.9

I have huuuuuge problem
I tried to upgrade my plesk panel to version 12
so I did a plesk server backup on the panel
upgrade failed
So I had to revert my server to inital state
Now I have plesk backup
and mysql datadir gzipped
12 gb total
and I have freshly installed plesk panel
so I copied my /old/var/lib/psa/dumps to the new one
and I cannot see the backups so
I run
/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --restore /var/lib/psa/dumps/php_upgrade_info_1412170650.xml -level server -debug -verbose
but it says again and again the backup has wrong format
Now I am upgrading my plesk to 11.5 hoping it is going to recognise plesk dump files but now I am in a hell

when I try to run pleskrestore
