backup is missing conf folder - .htaccess

The backup doesn't seem to copy all the folder from the vhosts.

i got the .htaccess includes by adding the proftp.conf using ListOptions "-A" but the conf folder (or any other one created by hand outside the httpdocs on the same level f.e. needed for egroupware) and it's content (created by plesk or by hand) is not included in the ..._vhost_nn..nn.tgz.

so if i need to restore on a different server, any websites that need a special setup will not work anymore.

any suggestions?
