Issue Backup is not being generated from Plesk Backup Manager.

Hello,

I have been using Parallel Plesk 11.05 and recently my backup are not being generated. I found that my scheduled backup was started but stuck in in-progress state. I have set to transfer the backup in my FTP Server. Even when I try to take backup manually in server from Plesk Backup Manager it is not being generated.

Now where can I see the the backup logs of windows server and find what is the issue?

Sorry, I didn't find any fruitful information from the backup logs, How can I now troubleshot the issue?
