• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Backup issues

aremdee

Basic Pleskian
After having numerous issues after upgrading and having Parallels engineers looking into and fixing these issues, there is still a backup issue that remains on our server. Every daily backup contains the following error message and I'm unsure how to fix it. The error message is "Unable to dump server settings. Server element will be empty[The ntext data type cannot be selected as DISTINCT because it is not comparable.]". Not sure what it means so I'm wondering if someone more knowledgeable than myself can give me a heads up as to how to fix it?

Thanks

It is difficult to say what is wrong there. Looks like database inconsistency. I suggest you contact Support Team. They will investigate and fix it directly on your server.
