• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Backup Limit

Hello,

Even though I set the backup limit to 2 in Backup Settings, the limit is not respected, the global backup works, it only keeps 2 copies, but the backup on the domains, doesn't respect the limit, even though when I check
Maximum number of backups in the repository, it says 2, I even lowered everything to 1, it still makes backups, and doesn't clean the old ones.

Can anyone help me fix this, I'm tired of going through all the domains and cleaning up the old backups manually.

This happens on Plesk 11.5 and Plesk 12.x.

Current version:

Plesk 12.0.18 Update #22
(Parallels Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140606.15 os_Debian 7.0)

Having the same problem still, hasn't been resolved even with 12.0.18 Update #34.
I've disabled backups, and doing a full system back using command line, but it's inconvenient.
Didn't even get one response from Plesk team about this issue.
