Backup Management doesn't run

    Hello,

    After my Plesk Panel makes an automatically Update, I noticed that the Backup-Management doesn't run anymore.

    The ERROR-Details after trying to make a backup:
    BS Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64, Debian 6
    Panel-Version 10.4.4

    I have already searched for this problem, but I don't find anything...

    No one who can tell me whats i can do?

    I think its not OK, when I pay for a support ticket for the Parallels support, because it's an error which the software causes!!!!

    If you report bug to Support team it means that you wish that your problem should be fixed on your server. In that case you pay for support, but not for bug report.

    Also if you pay $75 for incident and support confirm that it is really bug of our product - you will receive one free incident bonus.

    I think that is reasonable and fair.
