    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Backup Manager download Backup not working

i am using CentOS 6.7 Final minimal, with all available updates.
My Plesk version: 12.05.30 Update # 24

I have a problem with the Backup Manager,
Create backups works very well, only if you try to download the backup there are the following error message:

the tar (dumpXemeVW.tar) file is located in / mnt / storage space / tmp, but you will in the end does not seem to move for download.


Before upgrading from 12.0.18 to 12.5 it worked wonderfully.

I hope someone can help, I've been looking for a week for a solution and have found nothing.

my Reseller can not or will not give any support.

If I want to contact with the Plesk Support I need a support code, my reseller can give me a code.

How can I still contact support?
