the question is.
can i retrieve on old server the password set in the parameters for backup manager. ???
anyone know where this password is stored.?

i really need help on it.
thanks in advance

you are able to restore a backup ( secured with a password ) without a password
Wow, good to know! I was always wondering why the password entry did not require a repetition so that accidentally false passwords can be prevented. I was never sure that the password typed in is the one that I really wanted, so it was always a surprise whether a restore will work or not ... Good to know that "just in case" at least the data remains accessible even if the password is lost.

well, it's not a real solution, because proceeding like this have a price.
all password can't be restaured because they are encrypted, and will be randomly generated by plesk.
in my case i must restore more than 400 domaines and all email linked..
my question was,
HOW TO RETRIEVE THIS PASSWORD SAVED IN THE OLD PLESK CONFIG..?? WHERE IT IS STORED?
