Backup Manager won't delete local backup files

Hi,

I've updated the security patch to #42 for Plesk 11.0.9 on CentOS 6.3. Since then, the panel won't delete the local copy of the server backup files that were stored to the Personal FTP Repository. (Even The Maximum number of backups in repository has been set to 2. I want to keep 3 copies however.) This caused over run of the local storage.

How can I fix this problem?
