Backup module doesn't work since plesk 9.01

if i try to use the Backup-Manager, i get the Message:

I tried to delete / reinstall backup-manager several times, but this didn't help.

I have this problem and googled for many many times but I failed.Please help us to solve this problem, backup and scheduling is very emergency.

Hello,

I have th same problem but I don't update anything before have this error.

I am with Windows Server 2003 and 9.0.1.

I tried to install on an other server with same Os a plesk panel in same version and copy all files in error message to incrase files on my plesk in error. Not the issue.
