Issue Backup no more working

Hi.

I have the problem that since august backups dont work anymore.
No i looked why.
My system:
Debian 8.11
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.28

I found out that there was an bug, but fixed with 18.0.29.
BUT: i also found out that there is no more update for Debian. So i have to stay at 18.0.28.

What can i do that backups are working again?

Because the backup ftp always say wrong pass/wrong ****/Wrong.....
Treid with 3 servers.
