BACKUP PROBLEM [Error 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application

Hi
from yesterday evening whe i go on each domani and click Backup manager i have this error [Error 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application and i'm unable to restore a backup or see the backup repository
same error if i go on tools and setting backup manager...

i don't know what to do and i'm blocked

but i've solved in another way... the problem was that pmm-ras.exe was 0 byte... i've restored from a backup and everithing start work again

but i don't know what happened to have this file empty...
