Backup Problem

Hi,

we have two server with plesk (1 linux / 1 windows).
From two days the backup stopped working correctly.
We have the backup on personal ftp, but the file dimension is only few kb.

We don't change nothing from 3/4 weeks.

Can you help me?

is not enough. We need more details - logs, error messages, steps to reproduce and so on.
