Hello,

I think your will have to check your files permission and your server disk usages as I can see your getting "Permission denied" and disk usages warnings so please check it

hi
file permissions? how can I control this? see for example "image 2" above
the Server-Repository has 2048 GB storage, 1000 GB of which are filled

Hi,

I think i've got the same issue, since 11.5.30.

In my case, it's seems that Plesk backup service cannot access anymore to "apache:apache" files (like session or cache file). (File permission -rw-------)

I have check disk usage.... it's ok

Debian 6.7 (64-bit)
Plesk 11.5.30 #MU3

Problem is since Plesk 11.5.30
Does not work locally and in the repository server
Enough space is available (other backups will be created)
The file permissions were not changed
Error seems to appear in text files (*.txt)

Same problem since the upgrade 10.5.30

The old backup that were scheduled before the Plesk upgrade still work well. But it is impossible to program new backup.
For information I make my backup on an external server via FTP. But does not work locally OR in the repository server

I have enough space available (other backups will be created)
The file permissions were not changed.

This is a issue which has already been forwarded to the developers with the internal id #138620. This will be fixed in the future microupdates for the Plesk version.
This issue can be ignored as it is a warning/info message rather than the error message generated for the log file.

As possible workaround try to disable domain before starting backup.

This problem is still present in the 11.5.30 # 3 version.
Which version this hotfix will it be operational?
This bug is blocking because it occurs at the sites security of my clients on my server.
Thanks
Regards,

@IgorG
I have the same problem with #MU5
The problem is, sometimes it doesn't work.

Sorry guys, but this issue still not fixed. It is under developer's investigation and they are working on it.

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5.30 MU #5 CentOS 6.3 (Final) 64bit

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Still having the same problem running ftp backups - MU #5 hasn't made a different for us.
Error:
<description>Failed to pack files backup_domain.tld_user-data_1307160601 in /var/lib/psa/dumps/clients/domains/domain.tld[ 98912321536 bytes free of 158534205440 bytes total on mount point 0]</description>

We run 5 servers and it's only 2 with the largest backup size (approx 26GB) that are failing, the others are working OK.

A possible related issue is the health check monitor is mis-calculating the size of the usr disk. This started happening around the same time as the backup problems. Running a DU command by ssh shows the correct size (4.4Gb) but the health monitor doesn't reflect this showing 30Gb (but we can not identify any files/folders of this size, interestingly this is roughly the size of the backup - but no backup dumps are visible via ssh.

Hello! Could you please attach a more precise details of error?

You can find it in UI by clicking failed backup name or in logs /usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/<timestamp>
If you have "permission denied" error please check the rights on the content failed to backup and attach here also.
