Backup process has failed for domain

I'm trying to backup a domain using the Plesk interface, but it fails. Anyone a suggestion how to fix this?

An error occured during backup process:

Unable to open description file '/var/lib/psa/dumps/domain.com/description.tmp': No such file or directory

Strangely, when I manually create the description.tmp file (as root, 0644) the backup to the local repository succeeds.

I am French, and I excuse myself, because my I really speak very little English.

I have also this problem, and even when I created the file description.tmp, I cannot record the file on my computer.

Exists it a solution with this problem? Because that made 2 weeks that I seek without success.

Can you help me please.
