Backup restoration failing

I am trying to restore some backups I made in Plesk 8.0 to Plesk 8.1 as I had to re-image the server. When I try to restore them I get the following error message:

Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/dns.php --update-soa mydomainname.co.uk -soa-ttl 86400d -soa-refresh 10800h -soa-retry 3600h -soa-expire 604800d -soa-minimum 10800h failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
Updating SOA failed: There are incorrect parameter values.

Can anyone help?

[EDIT]The domain that i have restored are behaving quite strangly. Some are functioning at www.domain.com but not http://domain.com and others are the other way around![/EDIT]

Install all available hotfixes to 8.0.1 host and try to remigrate data
