Issue Backup restoration (New Server) stuck on IP Mapping Step

Hi, We are migrating our plesk configuration as well data on new server. I have taken configuration backup form old server (plesk 11.0.9). & restoring on new server Plesk onyx. stucked on IP Mapping step. nothing happening after clicking OK. or uploading Ip mapping file. please help. any alternative option ??

Are you sure that your IP mapping file has correct format like in this documentation - https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/migration-guide/ip-mapping.75658/ ?

What numbers of v4/v6 shared/exclusive IP addresses do you have? The lack of IP addresses of certain types is possible.
