Issue Backup restore not working (domains empty)

Good evening all,

I have following problem with the backup restore.

I installed Plesk completely new, before i did this, my system did (full an incremental) backups to a external server every night.

Now I wanted to restore the latest backup, but if I do so, the domain, mail account and things like this are there, but the domains itself are always empty.

Can someone please help me and tell me, what problem this could be, and how to fix that?

Do you have access to the Linux console? In that case go to /var/log/plesk/PMM and list the directory. Find the restore-<datetime> directory and switch into that directory. Then have a look at the restore logfile to find out more on what is happening during the restore. You will probably find the reason for the failure there.
